I bought the complete package from you based on your advice. I was assured it would be a breeze to set up and that all the help I needed would be available. So far, the system is in place but it’s not functioning. I've shelled out over $1500.00 on labor and the product, and it’s just not working. A major issue is that the template for putting in the lock and strike plate was incorrect. As a result, even though those two pieces do make contact, the alignment is off by about an inch vertically.
